1. Booking Advance paid shall be refundable till 7 days from booking date. The amount shall be adjusted in the booking amount paid at check-in. If booking is cancelled after 7 days of booking then the amount shall be forfeited.
2. In case of discontinuation of stay before the agreed term of stay, only security deposit shall be refunded. All advances paid shall stand forfeited.
3. Transportation service, if provided, shall be available as per fixed schedule. Changes in schedule cannot be done on case-to-case basis.
4. Following campus in & out time is mandatory. Guests are allowed only between 11 am to 7 pm on weekdays till the reception area only. Guests are not allowed on weekends.
5. Laundry shall be provided twice a week for upto 15 clothes per wash. 4 coupons will be issued each month for self operated laundry. *T&C apply.
6. Food consumption is allowed in the mess only. Guest meals are chargeable. In case of tiffin delivered to institute, residents shall be responsible to bring back the tiffin. Rs. 500 shall be deductible from the security deposit if tiffin is lost.
7. The monthly fee does not include the charges for Air Conditioner. The AC can be used by recharging the AC meter by the residents. The 16AMP plug is also rechargeable along with AC for any appliances beyond 100 Watts.
8. Fee payment after due date shall attract a late payment fee prescribed in the agreement.
9. Hospital charges or any other medical expenses to be borne by the resident. We shall provide paid cab for the hospital.
10. Choice of rooms is based on availability and management discretion only.
11. Any amount, Including security amount will be refunded within 30 days of completing all checkout formalities.
12. The first room change request is complimentary. any subsequent request for a room change are to be changeable at Rs. 1000/-. The acceptance of such request is subject to availability and management discretion.
13. Hot water is available during the winters at fixed daily timings only.
14. Selective woolens are not taken in laundry wash and can be dry cleaned separately on a chargeable
